Ok so bouncing weight is the easiest way I could explain what is happening.. I will weigh myself and it be 202 then a few days later weigh myself and it be 200.8! I got so excited that I was so close to being down in the 100's again but low and behold I weigh myself again a few days later and I am up 203 or 4! Can someone help me out on this or tell me how to keep the scale going down! I feel like 199 is like a dollar on a string and everytime I get close someone pulls it out of my reach!

I think everyone experiences this. I know I do. I've heard various reasons - water retention, water in the muscles, sodium, etc. I'm not really sure what causes it, but I do know it's frustrating. Many have advised not weighing yourself every day, and I'm sure that's very good advice. I just can't seem to follow it. I step on that scale every morning. For me, it keeps me on track. One thing I have noticed is that even though my weight bounces (good word!), it generally keeps going lower, so I think I'm making progress. Also, my clothes fit much better, so that's a good sign.

This is normal for everyone. The first thing to ask yourself is whether you are weighing yourself at the same time, or different times of the day. Our body can fluctuate 5 lbs in a day so it's pretty normal. Sometimes this is due to water retention, sometimes due to what you at the day before. If you have been consistent with your "time of day" weigh-ins, then your lowest weight is correct (though you may have some retention today that you didn't have yesterday). Try weighing yourself once a week, it's more reliable.

Yes I weigh myself the same time everyday.. First thing in the morning right after I have used the bathroom! I gain normally around 2lbs during the day! On average anyways! I am fascinated with weight fluctuations anyways to I am just weird like that!
