You did great, just keep repeating a particular day until you complete it then move on. Not all of us can follow as quickly as set. Thats what I did and 10 months later I'm running 8k comfortably. You should be proud (*)

There's a group on here and a website called 'eat more 2 weigh less', Think it would really help you, I know it has helped me a lot

I'm 5'8" and my goal is 137lbs/9st 11lbsand i know I am a UK size 8-10- I do a lot of heavy weight training so carrying more muscle than the average, although not bulky at all. atm I am 152lbs and a UK size 12.

Thank you, I'm already quite strong, 2x bw DL and just over 1.5 bw squat. So I don't consider myself a beginner at the compound lifts, definitely intermediate thats why I was looking at 5/3/1 program. not heard of madcow so will go research :-)
