I pretty much do the same thing. Double check if it doesn't seem right. If I don't have time to double check I choose the higher option. So that I don't go over. Oh and if you have a droid download the app. that way you can just scan the barcode and it imputs all the info into your food diary for you.

I just started... but i usually do fresh / frozen fruit, choc/van powder, a little milk and then low fat vanilla yogurt in a blender. YUMMM!!!
