ok.. cals burnt today 1639 doing 270 mins of gardening. Boy I'm spent, today was a killer. But much needed. FINALLY the garden done. I have been tyring to get to it ALL summer. But its done... DONE!

My resting heart rate is 68,,, going to start Power 90 tonight. Its supposed to be the pre-curser to p90x. I heard it is less intense and only 20-30 min workouts instead of the 60 min p90x. hopefully i won't give up as fast on this one then i will be "in shape" enough to p90x in a few months.
