    About 50 lbs , I am a mother of two and my baby is 7 months but instead of losing the baby weight I seem to have put on even more. I hadn't realized how obese I was until I set foot on the scale and it opened my eyes. I need to be healthy for my kids and feel good about myself. When my boy was born about 4 years ago I had no problem losing all the weight but this time around it has just been so hard.
