    i tracked all my calories i have and will consume today and i still have wiggle room plus i worked out so i got my burn in

    I may not be good at water intake, but I am good at watching my calorie intake!!

    Friday's challenge has been suggested:

    100 jumping jacks it doesnt have to be done all at once,could break it up in 10s, just finish it b4 12am

    If you can't do the jumping associated with jumping jacks, just do the arms part, it will still help your arms. I don't want anyone hurting themselves. :smile:

    jumping jacks no problemo.....i do 90 easily in the 30 day shred which i am going to attemot to do 2x tomorrow
