    I thought of a few challenge idea over the weekend and thought I would share...

    Mile day-walk/run a mile in the course of a day
    Rewards-come up with a list of ways you will reward your mini-goals
    Meatless day-don't eat meat for a day
    New food challenge-we pick a food and everyone has to try it over the course of a week

    Ok, since we started this challange, weighted myself last tues. morning and weighed myself this morning have lost 3 pounds. Did 1124 calorie burn this weekend. Still have to do the body fat %.

    Lost a total of three lbs this week (13 overall) and bf% is now 36.6.

    Everybody is working super hard. I don't have a heart rate monitor and IMHO MFP calorie burn estimates are high so I don't use them. I have to do turbojam yesterday since my husband had to spend the day at school studying for finals. 45 minutes, can we call it 300 calories for Sunday?

    I did my BF% and it is now 40.0, down .3% Not much, but I'll take it. I wasn't expecting any difference, so I guess that's good.

    I'm also cool with doing BF% monthly so we can see a bigger loss, or even just taking it again at the end in December.

    As of yesterday I was 210.6, which puts me down 2.2lbs this week.

    I will calculate BF% tonight after work.

    I completely forgot about a challenge today. Todays challenge should be to report your results. Lol think im still missing a lot. How about tomorrow?

    What about a "Triathalon Tuesday" (I like allteration) everyone exercises 3 times during the day for at least 15 minutes each time. It could be the same exercise or three different ones.

    Since it was my birthday this weekend, and I had my mom up here cooking me food, i did not do good at all. This is a new week though. I will have to wait til I get home to do the triathlon challenge.
