I had a Jillian overload, and didnt like it too much...I moved on to P90x, but maybe I'll try it again one day, but 6 week 6 pack, helped a lot with 30DS. i lost a lot of inches while doing the 30DS program

yes, my fav pairs a size 4 which i can put on but not button up, and my size 2's i used to wear before I had my first daughter, which I first lost 60 pounds, i cannot wait to wear those again!!

no tricks really, just time, and try to look at your food diary and see what is over, salt, fat, etc... mix up you workouts, i find circuit training very helpful, get a hrm , make sure you are really burning the calories you see on the treadmill, etc...for example, my stationary bike stated I was burning more than my heart…

I say good. I try to do it every 3 to 4 months for at least 2-3 days. I fast using http://www.naturessecret.com/5-day-fasting-cleanse.asp its for 5 days, but I only do it for the 2-3 days. i dont use the bulky fiber, but fiber one tablets, and I dont get crazy hungry. I do it on days its low key, and walking is the only…

born and raised in San antonio texas, went back for a short vacation, ate a few tacos, saw how easy it was to get fat/over weight there. hubby and I celebrated our 1 yr on the rivierwalk, nice there, but a pain to drive. takes 45 mins to get any where, def like my small town in ky a lot better.

okay so sleep is the key. no 24 gym, just up really late like usual. my baby slept in so thus i slept in late, drank a lot of coffee, and i'm wide awake watching the matrix! figure I can kill some time and burn some calories. now that i know it wont count for today the 9th I better try to get some rest! thanks:heart:
