target.com or workout in your husbands old T shirts, I bought running shorts just in a bigger size. buy a swimsuit, swimming is great exercise when you are pregnant i was able to maintain a healthy weight, well at least until i stopped swimming!

my favorite: grilled chicken breast, use non fat cooking spray, like pam olive oil, top off with fat free cheese, i use 1/4 cup, add a tablespoon of your fav salsa, top with non fat sour cream! side dish steam veggies

I would just like to fit into my pre-pregnancy jeans again, size 2 I was 130 pounds. I loved it. If i get to my goal weight I'll sleep in them! lol BUT really, I would live to get to my mini goal of losing 10 pounds by end of aug, and gift myself new running shoes

egg whites, arriba salsa (tablespoon) cracked black pepper, fat free chedder cheese, maybe a slice of turkey bacon, or fat free feta cheese. or just egg whites with fat free cheddar on a toasted wholoe grain english muffin! :) now i am hungry:explode:

thats a good tip. i'll add one tablespoon of the coconut creaner and one tablespoon of my favorite kind...maybe that will work! i hope so i love iced coffee in summer mornings

oh they have different flavors? man my small *kitten* town in ky only had that regualr kind. same brand....i think i am going to give it a shot, and drive to whole foods in the next town.

haha, i love it! working out for an hour will be a breeze!! its so easy to work out when there is a good show or movie on, and when i get into the show i pedal faster haha :)

I wouldn't start now by losi ng weight, since this will be a trigger for you. i'd start but getting your life on track, and be able to eat w/o over doing it. getting therpy...etc, once you are stable in your mind about food, and what it means to you, you can start losing weight.

eat lunch in your car if you have too. frankly i wouldn't care what people would think. Its your life, take control of it! Twll them you are sick of mexican food, burnt out whatever, thats pretty normal.
