I'm from San Antonio, Tx and yep, its heavy there! When I moved I lost 5 pounds, just from not having the option of grabing a breakfast taco, or any kind of good mexican food. :blushing: i miss the food so bad! lol

it is tough, i am a baker so i am around sweets all the time. I make myself a little cupcake and eat it. or make some chocolate moose. low fat of course. try the new jello temptations, those are low in calories.

Thank you all so much! It feels sogood to hear nice comments. Those of you who've had c- sections, you know how hard it is to pull those mucels back in. My baby just turned 6 months, so it was tough/ nice to feel something other than mush. I'm hope with the Ripped in 30 I can shed more weight, and see more muscel!! much…

yea I'm only burning 190-230 calories, but mucels burns fat all day long! stick with it, and watch your body tighten up

i just finished day 26, i havn't lost muchweight either, just 3 pounds, but i have lost a lot of inches. my body is alot tighter

I'm on day 23, i have not stopped. so far i've lost 3 pounds so far, hoping to lose more! i find the plyometeric tough! my knees are very sore. sometimes i workout at night vs same time everyday, still happy i've gone this far

I am with ya'll I dont get it! But I just stumble upon it, and was wondering. I like swimming, I go to the Y and I swim laps, do high knees, anything that will keep my heart rate up. So have ya'll seen weight loss by adding swimming to your exercises?? thanks!
