day 6 of level 2 (awesome btw) i am usi ng 5 pound weights and the squats with a V raise is killing me! i either switch back to 3 pounds or stand and use the 5 pound weight. i am stil movingand sweating...anyone having trouble with these?

I am on day 16 of level 2 and yes at first you will be sore. As for the knees she does a little stretch that I find is too little. Once you buy the DVD you will notice you cannot skip her intro, so take that extra 3 mins to stretch. wear tennie shoes even if you are doing it on the carpet. I figured that out quick. always…

I understand what you mean. My husband would say dont weigh yourself today,b/c i want today to be a good day. so he stashedit some where..but i like the idea of measurment vs the scale.i like that i can see inches off my body vs pounds up or down. try that

just finished day 8! I can actually do a bicep squat curl w/o my legs shaking.I am sick of the jumping jacks though, they are killling my knees. I am ready for level 2!:bigsmile:

Today I will complete day 8 of level 1. I am proud of myself and have noticed some inches off my body here and there. I have weighed myself 2 , today the scale says I gained. I'm thinking its mussel or water weight? Did any of yall noticed this?
