Ripped in 30...Anyone doing it?

Hi, all. I've been seeing a lot of challenges for 30-Day Shred, but I just completed that a couple weeks ago and wanted to try Ripped in 30. Is anyone doing it? Or has anyone completed it and can share their results/thoughts? I'm going to start today, but I'm not going to do it exclusively like I did with 30DS. I want to alternate it with something less intense like Zumba. Any thoughts?

I finished the 30 Day Shred last week. And just started Ripped in 30 today! It kicked my bum!!
I plan to alternate every other day between Ripped in 30 and 6 Week 6 Pack. I'm also doing the C25K three times a week and Zumba twice a week.0 -
I have done both the Shred and Ripped in 30 and found better results with the ripped in 30. I am planning on starting the shred again once I get better...0

Well I can not tell my results because I just started the program:bigsmile: I am on week 1 Day 4 today and I think it is fabulous. The workout from warm-up to cool down is 34 minutes and you definitely feel worked in that amount of time. I have the No More Trouble Zones and Boost Fat Metabolism from Jillian and love them both-this is like the best of both worlds because it is only 30 minutes. I have also joined the post below because it seems to follow some of the MFP's that are following Ripped in 30 as well.
