i like the mccormicks grill mate packs.. use a lil water olive oil and vinegar and marinate them and throw em on the grill moist and delcious everytime!

ipod or headphones... i forgot a bra for after showering once and i was like i'm not putting my sweat bra on so i had to look like a tard with no bra at work :sad: I'm pretty good at remembering stuff now though thank god:bigsmile:

I'm going to be on day 8 of level 1 today... My right calf and left hip were really bothering me so i took tuesday and wed off from all exercise... back to running and shredding today.I'm starting level 2 on monday going to finish level 1 sat and sun cause i have too much going on tomorrow to work out between work til 8…

my calves are sore from the shred.. something about the jumping jacks and jump rope my right calve especially does not like :( still hurts but i'm just going to push through.. it can rest in 4 weeks for a week when im in turks and caicos.. got a mission right now lol.. yea... make your own salads at home.. i do on…

gave up smoking a year ago this past January.. its been rough but doable.. you'll be able to perform much better without cigarettes.. i can run 3.5 miles now.. i couldn't even dream of running a half a mile when i was smoking... its much better to be cigarette free.

Welcome Bobbi! that is about where i was when i started.. then i didn't feel tired while running and just kept going.. and now i'm running the full 5k 3 times a week.. i also started the shred on the 13th :D..

ran 3.5 miles on Saturday.. and Shred Sat/Sun.. took friday off cause i ended up working late.. I was down 2lbs on Sunday :) YAY!! How is everyone else doing?

silk unsweetened almost 35 cals love it.. and it doens't matter that it doesn't have as much protein cause i use it to make my protein shakes! yay!

I start level 2 in 5 days lol... Planks scare me .. I won't even allow myself to watch the new levels I just need to do them lol. I'm glad i pushed through the last few days cause i proved to myself i can do it... now just to stay commited for another 25 days :D

i LOVE my FT4.. i was actually pleasantly surprised i was burning MORE than the treadmill said.. but i think that is cause the treadmill is not tracking heart rate and i'm consistantly in the high 150-160s when running

Day 4 down.. and ran a little over 3 miles yesterday... my shins and calves are killing me.. don't know if it's from the running or the jumping jacks/jump rope/ and butt kicks Jillian dose.. trying to work through it but its so painful!.... W1D5 of Jillian tonight :)... Running and week W1D6 tomorrow!!
