I've been wearing my HRM and burn between 740-840 per class. I think this may be on the high side.

I always get stuck at 144, lowest ever was 143.8...this morning was now my lowest ever at 142.8. I'll be joining you soon!

I've always wanted to be under 140, but my ultimate goal would be to see what under 130 looks like. I've currently lost 7 lbs and am at 145.8

Water Aerobics was the first class I took at my gym and I was hooked instantly! I was definitely they youngest one out there but I was getting a really killer workout. Water pushed back just as hard as you push which allows you to get the workout out of it that challenges you but doesn't overwhelm based on your fitness…

I really like having the Chobani greek yogurt champions (its the kids portion) and some blueberries...or I love the Blue Diamond dark chocolate almonds, they totally curb any sweet/chocolate craving without the guilt of them being chocolate covered.

I LOVE the So Delicious Ice cream sandwiches...they are only 90 cals per serving. They are made with soy, but honestly after having one I'll never go back to regular ice cream sandwiches. Ah-mazing.

Everytime I make a smoothie (which is almost every day) I always add in at least a cup or two of spinach...when blended, you wouldn't believe that there is a veggie in there!

I'll have one of the jello chocolate mousse temptations with 2 teaspoons of peanut butter. Its a substitute for reeses, but in my opinion it tastes way better.

I LOVE chocolate almond milk, and have had chocolate hemp milk in shake form which actually wasn't bad at all.

I will add lemon or cucumber to change it up, it makes a big difference on those days you just can't seem to power through it!

I have the Polar F4...I bought it off of ebay last year when I started insanity. No complaints so far!

I have started walk running with my mini-poodle puppy...we even hiked a mountain today and walk/ran down and he kept up the entire time... I'm not by any means a fast runner but we seem to have a comparable jog speed : )
