:( Thats rough. Im starting to get obsessive about it too. Wondering if putting it out of bounds aside from Fri mornings will help me. Its .. just ... so ... tempting ... to see if just one more tiny bit is gone since earlier! Must see the lowest number possible during each day sort of thing!

The 10days before TOM, and 4 days of it, no drop ... and then overnight *Bam* 2.5lbs gone. :) Hmm, Im going to keep an eye on that pattern!

FDA allows companies a 20% margin of error on nutritional facts Really? Argggh. Ocd = Obsessive Calorie Deliberation .. for me too. Although its only been 16days now lol. I may get sick of it soon & actually preplan a diet so I dont have to spend so much time entering stuff & seeing if I can/cant that day.

Heartburn maybe? I never thought about when I ate according to when I excercised that day. Ill keep an eye on that! Thanks everybody :) I didnt think my excercise was strenuous enough to cause muscle gain, but I did notice today my feet were very swollen so the water retention thing could very well be correct! I sure hope so! Ive been meticulous about measuring/matching up cups/tbsps/grams so recorded caloric intake should be very close…

Thanks :) I went and checked that out and its been 6 days 1700mgs or slightly less and 6 of them 2500 or a bit less. Is this amount excessive? **looked it up, 2000/day is recomended in canada. Im just worried that if I continue to eat what I am longer & still dont lose weight, Im wasting time. If I need to cut it down more…
