Well .... I looked back in the thread and instead of gaining some, I stayed the same this week. Jan 6: 164 Jan 13: 164 which makes me feel a little better but I did see 162.5 on the scales recently, just cannot hold it. Maybe next week will be better. Happened to me too for about 6 months every time I went over 20 minutes and then it stopped. Didnt do anything different but may have shuffled feet into a different position. Also stopped using the arm things because it caused rotator cuff issues. Changing hand grips probably changed posture but I am sure the two did not…

I am another one, I eat higher fiber (25-30 grams) and carbs stay under 100g most days. I still eat fruit in moderation. Probably about 3 times a week and mostly blueberries. I eat a prodigious amount of veggie but rarely starchy veggies. I am more intent on meeting dietary requirements of vitamins and minerals than I used…

Your symptoms seem very familiar although i did not eat as much dairy. Cutting out cheese helped me a lot.

Thanks for the reminder! I do add a flavoured olive oil now and again because I like the taste. I live in Ontario too and I haven't found any high fat cottage cheese. Yogurt, greek style, most high fat are 4 percent too. There was one but the name escapes me; I will think on this.
