  • You can do it! 30 is nothing...just take it one day at a time and try to plan your meals. I find the hardest time is when I let myself get to hungry (wait to long in between meals) and end up over eating. -plan meals ahead of time - I make a weeks worth of grilled chicken and through it in the fridge to be ready to go!…
