  • I'll try. Halloween is no problem for me & Thanksgiving won'y be too bad either. For anyone who wants to increase their water in take, here's a trick one of the trainers at my fitness center gave me- put sliced lime in your water bottle & carry it every where, you'll drink more, also cut out iced tea & cokes.
  • Just joined so don't have a list for Sept goals yet. Yesterday I found out that my oldest greyhound sweetheart (she's 9)as osteo in her right shoulder & lungs. I won't do chemo on her as it's too advanced so will just love her until she tells me she wants to join all her former housemates at the bridge. I workout 5-6 times…
  • I am 72 & say it isn't to late. I do 2 silver sneakers classes a week at out hospital & then work out 5-6 days a week on the machines in the fitness center with my daughter. On Sundays we workout in the pool- walking, running, swimming & doing lunges that I can't do on land.So far this year I've lost 20 pounds but still…
