my height is 190 cms, im 26 years old. Yeah i know but i want to divide my transformation in phases. maybe im gonna do Hiit in phase 4 (the extreme cutting phase)

Hello Julie! You can try this for breakfast, protein oatmeal... it is very easy you put some oats in boiled water, 1 scoop of protein and some milk if you want :)

if you really want to tone your body, try weight training, interval cardio and defitnetly a good DIET!!

PS: you can do 3 times a week interval training full body workouts and 5 times cycling interval training!
