I'm on day 2 of induction. Yesterday's headache was bad, but was able to get through it. Today is not so bad. Had a veggie omlet for breakfast and now im just drinking water. I dont feel hungry at all.

I started the C25K back in Feb and stopped at week 3, for whatever reason (can't remember). I am planning on starting over today to prepare for Run or Dye in October. I have dropped about 20lbs since Feb so I'm hoping it will be a bit easier this time. Here's hoping!

^^This^^ I am 5"5 1/2" and am currently 182lbs and in a 10-12. My goal was originally 140lbs, but I think that might be too much. I'm shooting for 155lbs. I believe that after we have kids (I have 3), our bodies change and what once looked good on us, no longer would.

My personal favorites and what I'm currently doing is the TurboFire/Les Mills Pump hybrid. I love both but I think TurboFire would be good for you if your looking for cardio/abs/legs.
