I lived in Ocala for many years. As a matter of fact, my parents are still there.

Yes, hubby is going to have to help out a bit. If I can do it, you can do it. FYI... my children all survived vertually unscathed. Currently they are 15, 13, and 9. This is when the real fun begins!

Don't stress, it can be done. A lot of women continue to work out and eat right all the way through the pregnancy. After the baby comes, is going to take some adjusting though when it comes to your work out schedule. You can even get a double running stroller and take a jog, join a gym with child care, or get involved with…

I had to program my HRM according to my age, weight and height. During my W1 of RI30 the lowest amount of calories I burned was 489. Last night was D1W2 and I burned 607 calories. I was sweating so bad, I had to wipe up the floor when I was done.

I'm going to say the same thing that a lot of people on here have said already. It's different for everyone. If NOT eating back your calories works for you, do that. If eating back the calories works better, do that. For me, I eat back some of my calories and I am losing the weight faster and building muscle. Building…

I belong to a gym as well, but I have found that my body becomes use to the same old routines. I was doing Zumba three times a week and while it's a blast to do, I just got too used to it. Last week I went to Wal-Mart and purchased Ripped in 30 by Jillien Michaels for $10. I'm going to finish that up and then do the couch…

I am exactly the same. Keurig coffee with sugar free hazelnut or sugar free french vanilla creamer. I do, however, wish they would come out with other sugar free flavored creamer!

I think I was 25 when I got my first cell phone. I am 35 now.

I know it's a little late in the game, but I started Ripped in 30 last night and I did alot better than I thought I would. At one point hy heart rate was so high that my heart rate monitor couldn't even read it. The running man and the ones where you have to kick your own butt were the one where I had to slow down. I have…

I have a goal weigh here on MFP but in reality I have a size goal. My size goal is a 7/8. If my weight is more than my goal weight, so be it. The reason I say this is because I love strength training and I know that muscle weighs more than fat. Saying that, I would be completly content at a size 7/8 and weighing 150 or…

I think that everyone is different. It's the same way with losing weight. What works for some doesn't always work for others. I personally could never remember to take the pills so I was on the shot until I got a shot from a bad batch back in 2002 resulting in my third child. After that I just had a tubal. If your planning…

Not true... my husband was a Navy FMF Corpsman for 12 years and was attached to a Marine Unit. Marines are the tip of the sword, remember? He was right there with them so don't assume all Navy are out of harms way.

I agree, the MiO Energy black cherry is REALLY good!

I purchase a bottle of Smart Water, you know, the 33.8 oz size. What I do is, I have my coffee in the morning, go to work with my bottle and once the bottle is empty, I refill it, drink that and have completed my 8 cups for the day. Also, drinking from a straw or a nozzle makes it easier to get your water down faster. I…

Did my best to stay at or under 1200 calories a day (didn't always happen), went to the gym 2-3 times a week, and drank TONS of water.

When I originally checked in on 6/29 I weighed in at 216.4. Today, on 7/17 I weighed in at 206.8. That is a loss of 9.6 lbs. My goal was 9 lbs. I have reached my goal for this challenge! Yay! Who else????

Going on week three and can use all the motivation I can get! I have 62lbs left to lose. You can add me as a friend as well.

After many years of being on the weight loss rollercoaster, I finally went to see my doctor. He put me on an appetite suppressent, B12 vitamins, and a low calorie diet (1200 calories per day) plus exercise. I log everything I eat. Even condiments. I go to the gym three times a week/1 hour per day and do one day of cario,…

Okay, I'm in! I can do this!

How about a water challenge? Meeting your daily water intake for the entire week. That's a tough one for me!

Hi everyone! My name is Amber and this will be my first challenge. 4% of my current weight would be 9lbs. I am going with that number. I haven't been on MFP for a few months and I am ready to get the ball rolling again. So weigh in is tomorrow?
