  • Ran a 5k this weekend! I did the same event last year and had to stop to walk more times than Id like to admit! This year, i ran the whole time! finished in 30 min,20 seconds! I couldnt have done that a year ago!!

  • I agree, it is addicting! I find myself wanting to run, which is totally a new thing for me. Did W3D3 and W4D1 this weekend. Ran outside for the first time.   • Hey everyone! I did W3D1 yesterday! Not too bad! I always push myself and add an extra jog during the cool down. Im going to try running outside this weekend, since i normally use the treadmill. Worried i wont be able to push myself to keep going!

  • Did W1D3 yesterday. A friend suggested that I add incline to the treadmill, bc when i run the 5k ill be outside. Wow, could i feel the difference. My butt muscles are killing me! But i was able to do it and Im sure next week will be better!

  • I love Mexican food and Im meeting my soroity sisters at a resturant tonite. To resist the food there, i plan to stop at Taco Bell on the way and get a fresco chicken taco. wont be as good as the restautant food, but oh well! Then I will have enough calories left to have 2 light beers with my friends and then head home!

  • You can not medicate ODD! It requires a behavorial intervention. My son, who is 6 now, has ADHD. His doctor tried to tack on the ODD diagnosis but i objected and she dropped it.
