75 squats finished last night.... My butt also feels tighter!!! ;)

Last night I just did 70 of the normal squats w/ hand weights... Just been following the paper I printed out. Didn't even see this until now.

I am counting calories and walking!! Sometimes I do go to aerobics or zumba. Only ride the exercise bike if the weather is bad. Walking is my main exercise even in the freezing cold!

I did day 1 at about 9:00 last night with hand weights.... Man, I'm sore. I can only imagine what tonight is going to feel like!!

I am totally jealous, too... My husband and I started on this journey together on the same days... He has lost 31 pounds and I have lost 18... I am definitely a whiner when it comes to this!!! :cry:

At Mcdonalds I will get an egg mcmuffin, no ham for breakfast! If it's lunch, usually a chicken wrap and small fries... The lunch is still high in calories but Mcds' fries are my favorite and I would rather get a small order than none at all... Subway, I get the sweet onio chicken teryaki sub... I don't run either.... I walk, take Zumba twice a week and aerobics twice a week... Zumba is a great calorie burner and alot of fun! I used to run when I was in middle school and high school and would love to be able to do that again, just have to lose enough weight so it doesn't hurt my knees so bad!! :)
