Mine still has the same weight from my permit when I was 15. Needless to say, it's wrong! 45 pounds wrong, yuck.

I am consistently 6 pounds heavier at that time. But I know that, so I ignore it :tongue: As soon as it's over with, right back down by 6 pounds.

My back is a disaster and I can't hold core contraction very well (yet) so I sub ring rows on pullup days

chucks and only chucks for me (wonder women chucks!). I can't run or jump (due to injury), so I'm not worried about their weight, and they're excellent for lifting.

my favorite place in downtown Seattle (besides Leroy Menswear, home of lilac suits with matching canes) is the Bangmi Smokeshop.

I typically wear a regular supportive bra and a compression tank under a tshirt. Nothing moves and they still look like boobs :D I was a 40E, have gone down to a 38DD over the past two years.

definitely talk to your doc. before you do anything. You may be able to do more than you think though! I have two herniated discs, a pinched sciatic nerve and atrophied muscles around my spine; I also do crossfit and lift heavy 5x week :) I have to be extra super careful about my form, and there are definitely some things…

I'm 5'8", started at 203, current 182. I don't think I'll be getting much smaller, and I don't really want to. First set is Dec. 2010 and May 2012. Second set is my first day of crossfit and heavy lifting, and 5 months later, same weight in both.

i dunno about natural blonde but it didn't ruin my bleached blonde. UNTIL i did the pink and then bleached over it. now i have pink burned into my hair, it's been 9 months and it's still there :tongue:

21, when I moved out of my parents house. 33 now.

we have mobility wod day every thursday, i love it. I have a hard time with the 10 minute bottom of squat position, i lose feeling in my left leg. the longest I've made it is 4:30 so far.

I've been doing it about 5 months and have only just started seeing real changes in the last month or so. Suddenly I wear a smaller size and people have commented on how good I look. Gotta love that! I have "before" pics from day 1, I should take some current ones.

I have an 8 year old boy, 5 year old girl and 4 year old girl. CF 5 days/week at 7am. Started in March

I go when they are still asleep, but my box also has a mid morning class with childcare (I'm one of the childcare providers - one hour a week gets me a $60 discount on my monthly fee)
