I just had a 125lb deadlift, 30# over my previous best 75lb back squat, 25# over the previous and this morning I progressed from the 25# training bar to 65# power clean as for reps, I had 7 rounds of 10 reps with 1 minute rest in between this morning on push press at 65#. My shoulders are angry now! yay for picking up…

I go 5x/week, take a break on the weekends. Love it. I have a back injury and it is actually improving since starting crossfit 4 months ago. It is one heck of a workout, I'm nervous going in every morning!

around the corner, a bakery around the corner the other way, a fabulous cafe, deli, and wine shop but right next door.....a french chocolatier/bakery that makes everything on site. it smells soooo good in the morning!

did mine last week squat: 75 press: 65 deadlift: 125 total: 265 my previous total, in May, was 210!

I lost my grip on the bar and fell on my *kitten*, bruised my tailbone so badly that I could squat or step up or anything in that range of motion for almost 3 weeks.

you work your way up. I can't jump, but I do step-ups. They started me with one plate on the floor (I had severe balance issues along with a back injury) and now I'm up to 24" . Even just doing step ups, that box is intimidating!

yay deadlifts! I've only been lifting anything but kids for 4 months, and deadlifts have been really slow because I have a back injury. However, I pr'd at 125 last week, beating my previous max by 30#!

I hate doing squats, but I love what they do for me :) Monday I did back squats Tuesday I did goblet squats today I did 150 body weight squats after about 4 months of near daily.....i totally have a perkier behind :love:

170, I have a large frame and when I get much lower than that I look weird. 8 lbs. to go!

between 1500 (days i'm not hungry) and 2500 (heavy workout days). I eat all day! down 20lbs, 17.5 inches so far :)

deadlift pr up from 95# to 125# we finish CFT testing this week, I'm up 55# overall from my total in May :)

i'm one of those people with a pre-existing lower back problem (herniated L5/S1) and even I love 'em. I only do them with supervision from my trainer though, one small slip in form and I'm doomed.

i'm a short attention span gamer. I lose interest quickly, so i've played pretty much every mmo out there at some point, and I have a big stack of games for the wii, ps2 and 360.
