back squat pr (we're testing this week) I've gone from 55# to 75# since may! back squat is always the most intimidating for me, because I'm working with herniated discs and nerve/muscle damage

I use MyWOD. It has all the named wods plus you can adjust or add your own, and it keeps track of your pr's and if it was rx. I don't know how much it actually costs, I bought in on Memorial Day when it was 99 cents. I'm pretty sure there is an android version.

I do farmer's carry a LOT to work on grip strength. Usually with full 5 gallon water jugs. I also set up a bar with fairly heavy weight between two boxes and practice gripping it and just lifting an inch or two for a count of 10. oh yeah, and mine is done on top of brown on top of growing out bleached. does that make sense? i bleached it for 2 years, then grew it out about 3 months, then did light brown, then thought that was ugly and went purple/pink. Still shows up pretty well!

This is from about two weeks ago, it's fading into lighter shades now. I use 1:1 ratio of 'N Rage Purple Plum and Crimson Red. It starts off deep purple and eventually fades to a rosy pink after 3 or 4 weeks

I have a 2 year old teeny tiny (less than 3lbs) toy chihuahua. She's super calm unless a non-family member is near the kids, then she sounds vicious and 10x her size.

I just started learning it, one piece at a time, using a plastic dowel. I can't do much more than the dowel though, because even that little jump is hard on my back so adding weight will probably paralyze me :P

I'm doing a different program at my box, Strength/Speed/Skill, so we do more work less WOD. Today: warm up: Cindy 12min. to work on any two gymnastic movements 12 min.: strict push-ups with weight, L-hang (or sit), ring rows (all to fatigue), 45s. rest in between 1000m row for time

typically between 400 and 700, it's been as high as 900 a few times. On average though about 600.

2 herniated discs and atrophied pillar muscles, I can't take the impact. No running or jumping for me :(
