from what my dr told me you add an extra 200 cals to your diet.

I am not sure what a reverse diet is but if you are eating less calories than your body is burning you will lose weight.... I would never go under 1200 though. and 1 lb a week is really good because before you know it they all add up!

I do both (most days) I track my points and I enter my food here to give me an idea of how much protein, fiber, carbs, sugar I am eating... Helps make healthier choices with my points. I hope that helps

I do weight watchers...LOOOVVVEE IT! I do track my food here too just to see my carb, protein and stuff like that and to talk to really cool people:drinker: :flowerforyou:

I have heard that exersize releases endorphins and gives you more energy and makes you feel good. It does for me...and I do have alot more energy if I am consistent on my exersize.... I just overall feel so much better. COngrats to you!:heart:

I eat Breakfast Snack Lunch Snack Dinner Snack So basically you can say 6 minis a day.... I eat a bit more calories for my meals then snacks but I always make sure there are calories for my snacks... I dont ever feel starved and feel very satisfied
