I listen to my body. If im hungry I eat if Im not I dont. I stay withing 1100-1400 calories consumed (this is before work out) I do eat some back if I need it but I dont worry if AFTER my workout I dont reach 1200 AGAIN! this is not true. Yes overall you are eating the same amount of calories, however, how your body is processing it is different. Your body digest protein slower then sugar so it might be taking longer say during your workout to get the energy you need from your food. I say try to eat more starches (sweet potatoe expample)…

bananas are excellent! I love them! LOL. However Almond milk does not have more protein than cows milk. You might be able to find one that is fortefied. I say drink whatever you like best but try to get the one with more protein if you find it. :)

It sounds like hes insecure and maybe he feels your rubbing your weight loss in his face. If he starts to diet with you it might actually be good and you can both help each other and then he can feel good about his own weight loss. :)

Im loving reading this post! Been LOL at some comments. Do agree with the top. Something sooo processed as soy and almond milk is definitly NOT natural. If you dont want to drink milk dont but if you feel the NEED to substitute it with something thats not "natural" then maybe there is a reason.

like others have already suggested try finding a gummy vitamin. They have adult ones. They usually dont have iron so they work great. I have even taken mines on an empty stomach.

I like my three meals (breakfast usually small as well: yogurt, fruit, or oatmeal). I tried the 6 meals and i didn't feel good at all. I felt exactly how you described.

Are you adding the exercise calories in twice? Assuming you made your calorie goal higher because you added in the extra exercise. Also MFP adds in more calories then it should for exercise so if you do want to eat them back I suggest eating back only half. I am doing C25K as well but I would suggest doing exercise 5 times…

I totally agree with this! Also maybe on the weekends or the days you dont go to school you can go for a walk/run outside. Im not sure where you go to school but some have gyms you can go to maybe you can use it on the days you dont go to class or the weekends. GL! :)

I second that. Sounds like you just wanted someome to tell you it was OK NOT TO excersice. You have 2 hours from the time you wake up to you get out the door. Im sure the older kids get dressed alone or you can squeeze a 20 minutes excersize in there somewhere before you wake them up. Also you can take clothes to change…

Have you thought of hard boiling some eggs the night before? THen you can take two and maybe a cheese stick and/ or some toast to go. You can also do a natural pb and whole wheat toast with a banana. That takes about 2 seconds to put together.
