I was able to learn to do real pushups by starting doing knee push ups. I looked up a 100 push up challenge and used the chart to gradually increase my push ups. Not even half way through I was able to start adding in "real" push ups and finish the sets with knee push ups. You dont have to do the challenge just gradually…

Taking that the scale could be off each time. Why would it always go up and not just be more random up or down?

I agree with pp about podcasts. I thought I wasnt a fan until i found how much I like them while walking/running outside. They really zone me out. At the gym or shorter runs i enjoy music.

Good job! Been doing Keto for a few months now and have lost 44lbs. I do need to start working out more. Do you do weight lifting and cardio or just weights? I have not lost one pound since the week before thanksgiving! I gained about a pound or so but im back at the same weight I was before. AHH. It crunch time. Atleast I havent gained any weight! :)

I went to look at my measurement to determine what i was and my hips and chest are exactly the same! I had never really paid attention since I just note them in and keep going. I guess this puts me at hourglass since my waist is about 10 inches smaller but I see more of a no shape than sexy hourglass!

Yea thats why I like Fridays! I gained about 1.5 pounds this weekend! I know that if I eat clean I'll be back to normal by Wednesday and then by Friday I know if I lost more or no LOL. SO it works out.

I just saw your diary. My only advice is lower the calories, up the protein. THe reason you are always hungry is because you are getting too many calories from carbs (cereal, bread, rice, etc) and not enough protein. Try it out and see how you feel. I eat roughly 1200-1400 a day and feel full all the time. Not hungry.
