I ran a couple of marathons in my 20s but really have been a lazy *kitten* most of the past 15 years. I'm back at it now...only pulling about 10 miles a week, but I'm consistent with it and starting to love it again.

My ultimate pipe dream is to complete a triathlon. This would be amazing mostly because I can barely swim right now. I never learned how to as a kid and took a few lessons in my 30's. I really want to learn to conquer the water.

I rotate between Carnation instant breakfast...a bowl of honey nut cheerios...one egg scrambled on half of a sourdough english muffin. They are all under 200 calories, give me some variety and give me a little kick to start my day.

C25K is awesome!!!! I completed it about 7 years ago and it showed me I do like running. Even though I've fallen off the wagon several times; I always come back to the things I learned with the program. Congrats and keep going!

I am on the scale almost daily, but I only actually "record" my weight once a week. I look at it daily really to just see how my body is responding to different exercises and foods on a daily basis. I record in my notes how I feel and what my mindset is. Good luck my man, you can get this!
