I was at 120lb and it slowly went up from there. Now I am working my way back down one lb at a time and i we be at a healthy weight again and feeling great. :)

Hey I did it. I still have this today and friday left to add a couple more days to this list. No weight lost for it though. Kind of a bummer. Ok yesturday was 20 days, Now Zumba to night a nice sweaty hour and I've hit 21 day this month. Yeah.

Ok 19 days baby. Have not lost a lb for it but i feel good and my clothes are fitting better. So i hope that it is just muscle. Any way almost to 21 days.:wink:
