    Hey I did it. I still have this today and friday left to add a couple more days to this list. No weight lost for it though. Kind of a bummer. Lots os cals burned from Zumba and building that muscle with weights will make for a healthier me. :happy:

    Great job! Try to make sure when you update your workouts that you copy and most recent update and add yours to that. Some people's numbers got left off when you posted this. Thanks!
