    Double posted because I posted at the same time as Lyssa. Lyssa - I'm not sure it matters, but if the goal is 21 days, I would count all exercise on one day as 1. Just me, though.

    HAHA I couldn't remember if it was 21 workouts or 21 days. I have only been counting them as 1 so I guess I was doing it right. :-)

    I count mowing the lawn a workout and I actually burned more calories mowing than I did in the gym!! :laugh:

    ok, no "official" workouts Friday or Saturday but I have read that doing things like yardwork, gardening, laying pavers etc technically count as exercise, so what you you all think how that affects the workout count? I figure it goes more toward weight training and mild cardio at most. If that stuff counts I'm at 13 for today if not I'll keep my number at 10.

    (P.S. - my back is telling me I've exercised LOL)

    If it feels like a workout to you then count it but only count 1 per day because it's about # of days, not # of workouts. I learned this recently. :happy:
