ok, no "official" workouts Friday or Saturday but I have read that doing things like yardwork, gardening, laying pavers etc technically count as exercise, so what you you all think how that affects the workout count? I figure it goes more toward weight training and mild cardio at most. If that stuff counts I'm at 13 for today if not I'll keep my number at 10.

If it feels like a workout to you then count it but only count 1 per day because it's about # of days, not # of workouts. I learned this recently. :happy:0 -
