I'd love to take part in this. I definitely need the motivation to get my butt in the gym. The only time I can go is at 5AM and that 4:30 alarm is so easy to ignore!0

I want to try this too. Sometimes I really need to push myself to workout. This would be an amazing achievement! :happy:0

I'm in again but this time I am not going to eat my workout calories and see if that helps me lose more than the 3 lbs last month.

I have lost 8 lb last month Jill I love these challenge it keeps me motive and in check. I got 23 work-outs in and would of had 2 more if Caia would not have gotten sick and need me all the time. She is very much a mommy girl.0 -

Ready to rock it!! I've been tracking my progress via the ticker but also taking pics every month. I'm down 16 pounds and can really see the difference, which makes it even more motivating. This topic also works well with the Fab Fours and Daily Challenges. I hadn't documented my weight on previous pics but will take new pics tomorrow with my CW.0
