This is cool and EXTREMELY motivating! I was feeling sorry for myself today, tomorrow would have been 3 weeks with no narcotic pain meds but today was really bad (hello Vicodin and morphine), I think from yesterday's heavy workout, and I was just going to sit and pout until I saw these posts, thanks so much for getting me off my pity party line! LOL

Is it too late to join this challenge???? I am a full time graduate student so I manage to come up with a million "excuses" of why I don't have time to workout. I would love a challenge like this to help with my accountability!!!

PecanTan - Once you post to a topic it is listed under "Community" and then "My Topics". What you post depends on which ones you are doing. I'm in 3 right now, Fab Fours, Fab Fours Daily Challenges and this one, so I have to click on each one, then go to the last page, last post and then reply. For this group tomorrow someone will start with their name and the number of workouts so far this month (I will put a 2). Each person after then copies the very last post, pastes it into their own post and adds themselves (hope I'm not confusing you). You will catch on quick and there will be plenty of support and help if you ever need it!!

I joined today, but I exercised yesterday. Debating on jumping on treadmill, but now that I see the numbers and am trying to stay up with everyone (need this motivation), it may be easier to win the debate with myself (get on the treadmill). Looking forward to seeing the numbers go up.0 -
