Yes there are those who enjoy suffering. But the flippant statement at the end of your post emphasized the mocking and judgmental tone. You say things aren't black and white, but you clearly have made a black and white judgment on this person and their situation based on your beliefs. It's ok it is hard to remove your…

do you even realize how judgmental you sound? They love each other and place a high value on the marriage vows they exchanged. You don't have to approve but the judgment is not needed or helpful.

The kids are strong successful adults who love their mother and father dearly. Every one of them(5 in total) is healthy, and while they had their issues with relationships when they were younger(who doesn't) they are all in healthy and happy relationships now. You are correct it isn't black and white which is why judging…

Everyone has their own trials.

I admire your strength to make that separation, that is a hard choice! I just hope you understand sometimes people chose the opposite, and deserve the same admiration for their dedication to their person values.
-
Yes we do. It is hard not to judge others by what we feel their priorities should be. I find the best way to stop the judging is to find out what their priorities are and assess from there rather than assume everyone is the same. I mean we are all here to lose weight right!?!? Lol!

Check your food labels. Fast food and restaurant foods tend to be high sodium. Canned foods usually are higher in sodium.

so weight does trump family for you. That's fine, I just understand your animosity for those who chose family over weight now.
-
Also don't do them daily! Hit every group every other day at most. So you can lift upper then lower and so on Push, pull, lower Or do full body but only every other day

Squat Deadlift Bench Overhead press Barbell rows Pull ups Dips Push-ups Lunges Planks

So choosing to break up a family is somehow more honorable to you than choosing to be overweight?

+1 The more I weigh in, the less the individual number effects me.

Aren't you a peach! Is there a reason this topic created such a harsh and judgmental response from you?

I get this and find having my ears and mouth covered keeps the air warm/moist enough and prevents wind from rushing past my ears. I also get swimmers ear in the shower if I'm not careful. I have a short jaw and I think that makes my ear canal and sinuses a bit more prone to issues because of shape variations.

For the first week or two I feel like I have to pee every 5 min. It may be the same adjustment period for feeling bloated. You may also want to look at the other factors to water balance in the body. Sodium, magnesium, and potassium. Do you have these in balance?

I know someone who is In A loving relationship, but in many ways it isn't truly fulfilling to this person. It is something that has been a struggle their entire relationship. This has done two things to this person. 1) they feel jealous when anyone pays attention to their partner. because they feel they wouldn't be able to…

For me, I like broad strong shoulders and back. I don't care if you are skinny, cut, or fat. It doesn't matter if you have large arms, they just have to be strong enough to hold me close.

I'm trying for 2-3lbs My biggest goal is to hit a135x8 front squat 100x8 bench and 150x5 dead lift (body weight!!!)
-
If fat loss is the goal lifting will support that better than you think. Lifting helps convince the body to burn more fat and less muscle while in a cal deficit.

Is staying where you are and maintaining through the holidays something you would be able to let yourself do? It can be hard to go to a group because of a number of reasons - I'm not as bad as them so why am I waiting their time with silly things - I should be able to do this since in my head I know what needs to be done -…

You say you're tired. Is it tired of restricting or physically tired? Are you under the care of a dr or therapist?

It sounds like she is pushing through the binge at the knees too early and never really activating the hams and but to hinge at the hips. I'm willing to bet she had a back injury in the past that made her favor her quads so as not to further injure herself, and she never learned to deactivate her posterior chain. Op you…

I have this same problem, and have started doing front squats. They keep you upright and i feel them more in The but and hams.
-
It is eye opening! Keep up the logging and adjust as you need to to reach your goals and you will be just fine!
-
She is in a cal deficit, she could eat all her cals as carbs and not store fat, because by definition she is still taking in less cals than her body is using!

Continuously failing forward.

Less people to question what is being said Don't want to start a debate that has been beat to death before To make sure you see the answer they give To create a "connection" that may make you trust them more Because they think you're hot and want a reason to enter your box
-
Yes but if you have a choice wouldn't you want to lose as much of the weight from fat(which won't help you in competition) and preserve as much muscle weight as you can(which will help you in competition)

If you aren't weighing your solid food and measuring your liquid foods how do you know how much to log in your diary? If you begin doing this you will see your weight start to mo
