I find it harder to drink from a glass than a bottle. I keep a bottle next to me all day! you'll be surprised how fast you can get through it. Im on number 3 and its only 12pm here!

i know what you mean,i completley over cooked my lunch today, and there is way that will help me lose weight. I think I will have to adhere to the "its in your hands" principle if I want to get anywhere! I think its helpful to log into MFP just to acknowledge how much you are eating and force me to exercise! Well, it's normal to plateau a little so if you do, don't be too hard on yourself. If you've stuck to your targets then you won't have put on weight. xx

I struggle with this big time! I used to eat food in order of what I liked, starting with what I liked least, and that meant I always finished my meal! Not a good idea!
