Can someone point me in the right direction if this has been asked and answered already but where is good to eat out on my fitness pal? How do you monitor it if its an independent restaurant with no calorie listing? Also do you skip lunch to allow for the extra calories etc

Staying within my calories. :(
Does anyone else find one day its so easy to stay within the calories that MFP is telling you you should be eating more, and then the next day its like you blink and your over?? I always struggle during the weekend and can't seem to stay on track.............................

Back on the Wagon!
So I got down to pretty much my ideal weight- then Winter happened, along with Christmas and a very stressful period at work. Have got quite a bit to lose, but always find I lose interest in about week 4.............Any tips to keep the motivation going??
