Back on the Wagon!

So I got down to pretty much my ideal weight- then Winter happened, along with Christmas and a very stressful period at work. Have got quite a bit to lose, but always find I lose interest in about week 4.............Any tips to keep the motivation going??

    Maybe try rewarding yourself? After you lose a certain percentage of your body fat, or after you stick with it for 6 weeks, reward yourself with a massage, or a manicure, or something to make you feel good about yourself (non-food!).
