It's probably because during the week you're busier (at work)? While the weekend you're at home, parties, with family, going out to eat, etc. Maybe you should do the zig-zag method - eat less during the week, and more on weekends - and it'll balance out in the end.0

Same here some days like yesterday, I was under no problem, but today is a hungry day! Maybe I'm catching up from yesterday - I tend to look at it over the week being up and down a bit's not a real issue.0

I always make sure to try and plan for a dinner out or family gathering by having my favorite healthy foods readily available for breakfast and lunch during the weekends. This way, if I need to make up calories towards the end of the day, I am better able to balance the whole day! I always make sure that I have salad ready for multiple meals (I make a big one that is at least 3 meals), low-fat cheese sticks for a quick protein pick me up and yogurts/granola for breakfast. If I eat out, both of these serve as a meal at another part of the day just as well as breakfast and lunch!
Good luck!0
