Hi Everybody,

Been off this for agggees but back in the game now. Feeling great and getting a kick out of being under my calorie goals the last few days.
Its such an inspiration when I see every ones tickers and how much they have lost. You should all be sooo proud.

Have been very good all week but have a big reunion this weekend which will involve being in the pub and eating out- I don't want to feel different to my friends, so I was thinking salads and vodka with soda, maybe a glass of wine with dinner!
Any advice?
