@shawnmstout Unfortunately the only place I've ever found them, other than online, is at Sprouts Farmers Market. They're quite a bit cheaper at Sprouts than they are via Amazon.... $1.99 vs. $2.50 and upwards per bar.

Found some Coconut Oil Kettle Chips by Boulder Canyon..... they are SO good and I don't feel *quite* as guilty eating those. Only three ingredients.... potatoes, coconut oil and sea salt.

I used to eat the Quest bars but kind of got burned out on them, especially the consistency. I've recently discovered 22 Days protein bars .... organic, all natural, plant-based, gluten-free, soy-free. They don't have anywhere near the number of flavors that Quest has, but the ones they do have are delicious (IMHO) and the…

Pre Jym ... easily the best I've tried to date. ON's Gold Standard Pre-Workout is a close second.

Gave up sodas several years ago. Prior to that, used to have at least 2 Mtn. Dews a day. The only thing I will occasionally have now is a Butterscotch Cream Soda, and I can usually only find those during the fall at one of the local organic grocery stores.

I hit the big FIVE-OH last October and have been doing weight training for somewhere around 3.5-4 years now and I LOVE it. I hate doing cardio, other than when the weather's nice and I can get my handcycle out.... but I'm absolutely hooked on weight training. I definitely agree with what @RECowgill said, though... it's…

There's a "Strength Training" option under Cardiovascular... if you use that one, it will prompt you for your start time and how long you exercised and it will give you a 'calories burned' number. However, I don't think the MFP calculation is very accurate. I use a formula that I found on LiveStrong. I can't find it there…

Unfortunately, never. I'm a paraplegic, my PCP doesn't have any roll-on type scales for weighing individuals in wheelchairs and I can't afford to fork out the $600+ for my own (the cheapest that I've found). Wonder if I could do the whole volume displacement thing where I fill up a bath tub with water and then meausre how…

Home. Being in a wheelchair, most of the equipment at gyms isn't accessible to me anyway. I've got a bench, dumbbells, barbells, and a homemade lat pulldown system, so I can pretty much do all I need/want to do at home... the only thing I would like to have access to that I don't is a pec deck. Plus, like others have…

Redy Gym here as well. I've tried JeFit and the BB.com app and a couple of others that I don't remember the names of. To me, Redy Gym is the easiest to use.... easy to manipulate your routine during your workout if you need to by adding/removing/re-arranging exercises.... and I like the stats and history that it maintains…
