Well, I ran out of my supplements after last night. I lost a total of 5 inches and 4.5lbs in 4 days with this cleanse. All while maintaining 1150-1390 calories daily, and no exercise. I hope i can keep that off until wiegh in on Monday! :) Company coming tonight for the next 3 nights. Meals planned out already- good home…

Just finished 6 Rosemary and Olive oil triscuits (120 calories) with 6 cloves of freshly (still warm!) roasted garlic (60 calories) for my afternoon snack!

It has to be different for everyone. I have lost 12 lbs and have noticed no difference in my pants size, but my thighs have shown a huge drop along with my upper waist. It seems that my waist is starting up high and slowly working it's way down. Good Luck with the rest of your journey!
