I found long ago that my legs were typically too long for regular pants, so I tend to buy them by 'inches'. I make myself squeeze into a 34" waist x 35.5" long, but it is not very comfortable and probably really need at least a 35". I want my whole body to follow suit, and inches/pants size is not really a concern as long…

Looks great! Thank you again for the time that you have already put into this challenge! I'm 27 and own my own business where it is difficult for me to keep a healthy lifestyle, especially eating habits in the summer time. Business is starting to slow down, and from here on out is where I typically start to lose every…

I'm 5'11" and my ultimate goal is 175, which I'm guessing I have not been since I was a sophomore in high school. My start weight was 220 and i'm hoping to be to 185 by Christmas!

The first two weeks will KILL me, but count me in. Please forgive me if I need to work up to it! I'll give it my best though! :flowerforyou:

Way to change your habits! And it feels so good to do so! Congratulations on all of your progress!

Funny Funny.... But I'd agree, i've always heard that it does not expire.

My trainer has me doing all sorts of crunches (regular, reverse, sides, 'bicycle'). She rotates them from on the ground, to on a ball and today we started to use some of the other gym equipment. I have been with her for about 6 weeks and have just started to notice a difference. All I can say is to keep it up and make sure…

From the above website: You Really Do Change from the Inside Out By John P. Hussman, Ph.D. All rights reserved and actively enforced. Nearly everyone I know who has completed a physique transformation, including some of the EAS Champions, say that the changes take place from the inside out. In other words, what you observe…

I tend to use carrots and/or celery as my base for juicing. From there I add in other items, like an apple, ginger, spinach, peppers radishes etc. As another MFP poster stated, be careful about how many fruits you add in, as it will add a TON of sugars. Good Luck!

I've also cut back - CONSIDERABLY. We will see how it goes. I own a bar and am always entertaining people as well, so it has been somewhat difficult for me. But I decided if I cut back during the week (did not drink for 5 days in a row last week) and try to go easy on the weekends, it can't be anything but better for me…
