Did you know they have a facebook page and send out awesome info. Also free video seminars on eating that way and how to move your macros to deal with how you are progressing. Really interesting stuff. Very interesting about eating healthy vs eating for fat loss :) Cheers

I'm 5ft2 and 146lbs and no way could I live on 1200 cals. My bf is lowish at 22% so I obviously carry a lot of muscle. For me I would look way too skinny at 120lbs. Yes I'm overweight if you do the bmi but that is just rubbish. Personally for me my happy place will have more to do with body composition. I would go with…

Ok it's called Monitor Your Weight. If you are a daily weigher or not this might help getting trends for fluctuations. I was using hacker diet that Lucia had mentioned once. It's what I have set and I get it perfect someday and a bit off others. But aslong as I hit 1g protein per lb body weight I'm happy, which is 28% and I find that fine.

Oh yeah our bodies sure change. I did -15% cut then tdee for 2 weeks then when I went back to cut I was famished searching for food. Check out the stickies. Coming from ww I can relate to, I think I had 24 points, hardly ever ate them and exercised 5 days burning 600 cals every time......no more, no way. Welcome…

Go for it. I've been adding a bit of cheese so I get good protein from it too. I try to stick super close to it. I like to see a nice straight bar graph at the end of the week......I'm weird like that tho...lol
