2nd month nsv's for me

Moderate or light exercise, fat2fit???
I'm 5ft1.5, 147 pound female with 23% body fat. Would you consider 600 cal burn an hour 3 days a week moderate or light?? No one else I know track their cals as OCD as I do to ask.

Tdee and no exercise but dropped a teeny bit
Just after someone's 2cents on this. I had been doing a cut that gave me 2000 cals a day which I stuck to. Working out 4 times a week mainly with weights at the heaviest I could handle with help from my trainer. I had a good success with 1% bf loss, .5 kg, 6.5cm down in 4 weeks. My four week journey results
Well I'm back from the gym with good news!!! I started eating 2000 cals on the first of May and making sure I ate my bmr(I never used to worry about bmr. Anyway I've lost .5kg which doesn't really bother me BUT I've lost 6.5 cm and gone down another body fat % so I'm at 21% which was 8.5mm of fat using the calipers…

The joy of less cardio means.....
That as a self confessed cardio queen in the past I finally felt confident enough to only wear one bra to the gym. First time in 2.5 years. I've always been self conscious of the "girls" since high school so is is big( no pun intended) for me.

Ok I'm putting myself out there.....
I'm going to try this upping calories to try and shift my last bit. Last Christmas eve was my one year anniversary of staying at 66kg with weight watchers. I am still there no matter what I do.
