A little discouraged. I've lost 1 lb since joining the group(2 weeks ago-ish). But I know I'm losing BC my husband noticed my legs are smaller and my jeans are getting baggy. I have a feeling that I'm gonna start dropping weight though????

You may be overtraining your legs. You should only do leg strength training once a week. At least try and if it doesn't work then I dunno:)

I don't think its weird, its how you should be. It would be weird if you wanted your students attention and compliments. Maybe if you don't acknowledge it too much, just a quick and dry thanks, then the newness of your weight loss will pass. Congrats!!

I think it's totally worth it. I was surprised at how wrong my form was on certain things. They can also give you routines that work you more in less time. I did pt classes for a month and I'm so glad I did.

Clothing shopping! I tried on what seemed like everything in the store and NOTHING looked good or flattering. I'm down 30 since then and I'm at least able to try stuff on and be happy????

I'm 5'2" and my goal is 140. I've been that small before and smaller (130). I've always been curvy no matter how small but at 130 I was almost too skinny for my build. I like muscle definition on me too which can make you weigh more.

See a doctor, I had something similar happen. I was using a cellulite cream and I got a spare tire pretty quick as soon as I quit using the cream it went away. That's how I figured out what was happening

I have my husband check my form, before it was a trainer. It was worth paying for it even though it was only a month. I don't think I would figure out form if I didn't have someone checking me.

Everyone has different needs. I've lost 30 pounds in a year, 10 from having a baby, 5 from T25(I kept getting hurt so had to stop because I went too hard and didn't listen to my body) 15 from joining a gym and doing group classes.
