  • Hey, I'm in the same boat! I'm taking 19 credit hours this year and 3 part time jobs.. I definitely know how difficult it is to find time to be active.feel free to add me, I'm always looking for new friends :)
  • Hey, I'm a young adult too, currently in college. A lot of my friends seem to have fallen off the boat so I'm looking for more active friends. Feel free to add me :)
  • TKD for about 15 years now. I've also trained for about a year in Muay Thai. I'm currently looking into expanding my horizons with a new martial art. Feel free to add me :)
  • I've had the same problem! For the past two weeks or so, I've had trouble eating more than 500 calories a day. Even when I'm starving and I have my favorite foods in front of me, I just CANNOT bring myself to eat them. It even gets to the point where it makes me nauseous! I hope we both find a solution soon! I'm hating how…
  • I'm 4'9 :) Tall people just really don't understand how easy it is for us to look overweight! I'm looking to lose about 30 pounds. Feel free to add me!
  • Hey, I'm 20. Feel free to add me for support :)
  • Hey, I'm a college student too! Good luck on your journey!
  • Hi! I'm looking for more active and encouraging friends too! Feel free to add me :)
  • I aim for about 64 oz. of water a day. 8 cups is a good amount to try to get. I can workout better when I'm hydrated and it also helps me feel fuller throughout the day, so I think it has definitely helped.

  • Hey! I'm 20 too! I'll be starting my sophomore year in the fall. Feel free to add me :)
  • I'm 4'9 too, currently around 120! I have a really muscular build, so I'm trying to get down to around 110. If I think I need to, I'll lose more but the lowest I plan on going is 100.

  • I was planning on starting today, so we'll be nearly on the same track! In addition to doing the shred, I was also planning on running for about half an hour each day. Feel free to add me so we can support each other!
  • I've done the traditional style of taekwondo (not the style you see on the Olympics, but the style that is closer to karate) for about 12 years now. I'm at school far away from home so I can only practice on school breaks though. It's without a doubt my favorite form of exercise.
  • I'm 4'9 and I've found that I always look best around 105 pounds as long as I am toned. Any less and I start to look sick. Any more than 115 and I start to look overweight, whether or not it's muscle. Right now I'm aiming for 110, then I'll decide where to go from there.
  • I'm a 19 year old college student too. Feel free to add me if you want!
  • Hey, I'm a college student too, though not at MSU. I'm actually in the UP but I live close to MSU when I'm not at school. Feel free to add me :)
  • I've slowly been cutting meat out as well. Last year I travelled southeast asia and they just do not have the same health standards as we have in the US, so over the year I ended up cutting out a lot of meat. I try to get some meat in at least every other day, because if I don't then I don't end up getting the protein I…
  • hey, I have pretty similar stats! I'm 19, 4'9, and I started off as 122 lbs but I'm down to 117 right now. I don't have an actual goal weight but I would like to stay above 110 pounds. I have the same problems with binge eating, it's something I really need to keep myself in line over. Feel free to send me a friend request…
  • I listen to a podcast and let my mind wander from there. I like to listen to music but I find that it disrupts my cadence. I can't stand th tv though.. I usually turn it off.
  • Rest day for me as well Anyone else just get seriously bored on rest days? I thought I would go crazy!

  • I have a really big problem with allowing myself one small treat and then just falling downhill from there. Even when I'm not hungry I'll still do it. What works for me is just not having any snack food around, and if I do it's only in single serving size. That way I'm not tempted to eat more than I should because it's…
  • I'm on a college diet too, without much money or resources for dorm cooking. What I like to do for lunch and dinner is get a big plate of vegetables and eat those first, that way I don't find myself going up to the endless buffet for seconds and thirds of my main dish. Then I always make sure to eat something somewhat…
  • Hey :) I'm 4'9 and 122 lbs. I'm hoping to lose about 10-15 pounds or so, I'm really just looking to see what my body tells me. Since we have pretty similar stats, feel free to add me!

  • should we discuss that in this thread or will you make another one?
  • Hey everyone, I'm a 19 year old university student. I've always been in pretty good shape from sports, but then last year I studied abroad. I didn't have as many opportunities to be active like I was in the past and I wanted to take advantage of all the foods unavailable to me back home, so I lost a lot of muscle and…
  • I'm 19, 4'9, and right now I'm 122. I would be happy probably around 110, but I'm more focused on the inches I lose. Feel free to add me :)
  • I do most of my workouts on the treadmill because it's always so nasty outside. I'm trying to work my way up to a 5K (race is in 2 weeks) and then after that I'm going to be training for a 10K. It'd be great to have people to talk to :)
