I tried Keto and it was awful. I know a lot of people who have success with it. Not me. I'm going old school and counting calories and going to start incorporating exercise. I could use friends :)

I've been doing low carb for 2 months now and I haven't seen any real benefits to it yet. For 2 weeks I did <20g of carbs and I was miserable.
